Exchanging for an Out-of-Stock Product

Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be made for products or sizes that are currently out of stock.

To proceed, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order once your desired size or product is available again.

Refund Options:

When returning an item, you can choose how you'd like to receive your refund:

• Original payment method (usually credit card)

• Store credit, where we offer you 5% more than what you originally paid.

If you're looking to exchange for a size that’s out of stock, please return the item and order again when the size is available.

Please note: If you opt for a refund to your original payment method, a restocking fee of €4 (or the equivalent in your local currency) will be deducted, as outlined in our Return Policy.
