How Long Does a Refund Take?

If your refund is being processed to a credit or debit card, please allow 5-10 business days for it to appear in your account. For PayPal refunds, processing can take up to 30 days.

If you don’t see the refund in your account within the expected time, you may have selected store credit as your refund method instead.
