Please be aware: Once you receive our shipping confirmation email, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. If you still wish to make adjustments or return the items, you can initiate the returns and exchanges process after the package has been delivered.
How Can I Update My Order?
We can help with changes as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet or is in the processing stage for shipment.
Simply contact us and let us know what changes you'd like to make—whether it’s updating your shipping address, or altering the size or color of your item.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet or is not in the shipping process, we can cancel the entire order or remove individual items for you.
