How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email right away.

Just a heads-up: it may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear, so don’t worry if you don’t see any information immediately—we’ve got you covered!

Tracking Information:

• For deliveries within the EU:

  • If you selected Pick-up Point, track your order via Mondial Relay.

  • If you selected Home Delivery, track it via DPD.

• For deliveries outside the EU:

  • If you chose Express Delivery, track your shipment via DHL.

  • If you chose Standard Delivery (EMS), tracking is available through your local postal service.
