Tracking Shows Delivered, But No Package?

If no one was home during the delivery, the carrier may have left your package in a secure location at your address. Be sure to check around your property—especially behind bins, potted plants, fences, or other hidden spots.

Double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to ensure it’s correct. Then, visit the tracking page to see if your package was returned to us or redirected to a nearby post office.

It’s also a good idea to ask your neighbors, building mailroom, or front desk staff in case the package was delivered to them by mistake.
